This listing is for a fixed blade brut de forge style knife made from 1084 high carbon steel hand forged with a naturally red bloodwood handle. The knife includes a custom leather sheath crafted by West Leathers.

This is a truly one-of-a-kind piece as it has exposed texture only possible by forging the blade. The forced patina shows matte grey on the flats where the forged texture surface had some decarbonization and black where the higher carbon blade was ground smooth.

An aggressive clip point has been ground in to make this an exceptional blade to puncture deep, while having a thick robust handle for keeping control of the knife. The tang is slightly tapered to place the balance right at the index finger.
